Service was great! Had to wait 5 min before checking into our room and the attendant gave us a 10 dollar discount for our wait. Rooms were very clean. Beds soft and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Great rates, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Waffles, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, OJ and coffee for breakfast. A little protein would be nice but what they had was good.

We thought it was a good hotel. Coming into Waynesville, it's the first thing you see. The hotel is well lit and visible from either direction you come from. We experienced good customer service, and the rooms were nice. The only problem we had is there wasn't a seat cover on the commode. If you have something on the rack; phone, towel, or otherwise, and it falls off, it's a good chance it's taking a swim in the commode. But overall, I'd definitely recommend staying at the Hurricane Inn.
