Horrible customer service, bad connection with Internet
TDS Stinks!! $50 a month for this garbage is BS. Takes minutes to load a page and forget about watching a video. Maybe Hughesnet will be better
TDS internet service is awful, no bandwidth and you can't get hold of a tech person because, I assume, the phones are so clogged with dissatisfied customers. Can't watch a video and takes ages to load a facebook page. I think the corporate assault on access for the common people is disgusting. Everyone should have good service but but the money obsessed profit motive drives them to not invest in service but in trying to extort more money from people by limiting service.
I called about our internet being slow and asked what the problem was. The guy I talked to said that there was nothing they could do and they were not making any effort to fix the problem anytime soon. Then he even told me that we should find another Internet provider. Now I'm pretty sure your not supposed to do that when you work for a company. Our speed is less than 750kbps. It's awful.
