Signs arrived in a crushed box, the box was very poorly taped.

The lettering and colours were exactly as ordered, but disappointed that the company shipped them in such a flimsy box and then could not return my telephone call about what the best way was to repair the shipping damage.
I did install the vinyl lettering, but due to the damage in shipping there were two small tears and a few wrinkles that were unavoidable. I was actually surprised out how well they turned out, all things being considered.
